Silkmen sign Heath

Macclesfield Town have today signed Colin Heath who was with Swindon and Chesterfield last season.

Colin is a former Manchester United trainee who is amongst those loaned to Royal Antwerp where he played 13 games.

He has also played for Cambridge United.

Brian Horton said of the player on the official website: “I’ve seen Colin play in a few different positions whilst he was a Manchester United – wide left, wide right and up front. He also played midfield during his spell at Swindon.”

“Colin is a great young player and like I said he can play in a number of different positions, so there will be plenty of options with him. I’m looking forward to see how he plays during the pre-season matches.”
