The Silkmen lost their second match of the campaign against MK Dons at the Moss Rose.
the Silkmen dominated the opening exchanges but failed to make the breakthrough before MK Dons took the lead after 34 minutes.
The ball seemed to have clearly gone out for a throw before the Dons player crossed, but the linesman missed it and Clive Platt put the ball away.
The second half saw Kevin McIntyre level up through a penalty after McNeil had been fouled, but referee Singh ignored the Silkmen’s appeals when Robinson was bundled over in the box soon after.
The visitors won as Danny Swailes could only put through his own net as he tried to cut out a pass.
