Hessey Captain

The Silkmen have announced that Shaun Hessey, who signed from Chester in the summer, will be captain next season.

The player, who was with the club on loan last year and held the armband for that spell, impressed the Macc support with his no fear attitude.

Having played at the highest level north of the border, Hessey adds real experience and grit to the back line.
