Macclesfield are attending a hearing at the Football Association on 16th November having been charged with financial irregularities.

Of the four charges the FA brought, three were relating to a grant from the Football Stadia Improvement Fund for the Estate Road Stand at Moss Rose. The final charge was relating to accounting records.

Reports suggest the club have pleaded guilty to two charges relating to the McAlpine stand re-development but have denied the other charges. The Silkmen requested a personal hearing at the FA Headquarters at Soho Square.
