Nat Brown had another all action display against Wycombe Wanderers last Saturday, despite suffering from a mystery virus it has emerged. Nat however had to miss training yesterday, but it is thought he is over the worst and will be fit to face Port Vale on Saturday.
Combative and committed 6` 2″ Nat has been in inspired form again this season, causing a nuisance of himself at both ends of the pitch. Gary Simpson told him to have yesterday off and to spend the day at home in bed – alone – for some R & R.
Simmo obviously felt this to be one part of his infectious personality and playing style that he does not want to see spread.
