Young Shaun Brisley will undergo a scan for a suspected hernia this week having missed the last couple of games. He last appeared as a 90th minute sub in the JPT win over Morecambe having been dropped after the Accrington game.

Since then he has been restricted to just 3 League Two and one League Cup appearance, which equates to 346 minutes of football. We have been fortunate that Morgan and Brown have been in such great form but the 6` 2″ 20-year-old defender has been missed.

It should be stressed the scan is a precautionary measure at this stage.
Good luck Shaun hope to have you back soon.
