Macclesfield Town have taken Simon Wiles on loan until January.

This will be the winger’s third spell with the club after his first was cut short by injury and his second came as he was recovering.

The player looked the part on the right for the Silkmen and is certain to be seen as John Miles’ replacement on the right flank, with Danny Thomas rnning at players down the left.

From the look of the signings so far, Ian Brightwell looks keen to play good quality football with plenty of crosses in to the front men, Green, Gritton and Husbands.

  • Fingers crossed Wilesy stays injury free and can get plenty of regular footy under his belt and come back better than ever.
He’s certainly one for the future, I just hope that future is with the ‘Pool.
    Good luck this coming season.
