Whitaker Decision Imminent

Macclesfield Manager Brian Horton has said that Danny Whitaker’s future with the club is set to be decided shortly.

In an interview this week with the official website, he said:

‘I’ve had a meeting with both Danny Whitaker and his agent and we’re waiting on an answer,’

‘We’re hoping he’ll come back and say yes within a few days, but if he doesn’t it’s his prerogative and we’ll have to get someone else to fill that position. I would very much like Danny to stay with us.’
