Volunteers Needed

Thanks to the hard work of Mark Mathers and his team, ably supported by club chairman Mike Rance, chief executive Patrick Nelson and members of the youth team half of the Moss Rose pitch has been cleared of snow this afternoon.

The cleared area has been double covered with the frost sheet, with the remaining snow acting as cover for the other half of the pitch. This will be cleared in the morning and the club is again asking for volunteers to get to the Moss Rose from 7am onwards, armed with shovels and wheelbarrows.

Bacon sandwiches and coffee will available to fuel the work!
