The Silkmen face Chinese Superleague side Chengdu Blades in the home leg of tonight’s double header.

Keith Alexander is ecpected to split the squad for tonight’s matches,m with the more senior collection facing the home game.

This is the last home game before the season proper begins and one of the final chances for Keith to experiment.

Chengdu are currently 13 games into their League season and in ninth position in the Division. Their most recent competitive game came in a 1-0 win over Zhejiang Lucheng.

But the Blades were also beaten 7-0 by chelsea in a pre-season friendly in Macau last week.
