Young Silkmen striker John Rooney has signed a two year contract with the club.
The young player made his debut for the senior side last season and has been involved with the first team pre-season.
The player, who is the younger brother of Wayne, was one of the stars of last seasons’ Youth Cup side, and earned his call up to the senior side on the back of a brace of hat-tricks in quick succession for the U19’s.
