At the moment, only season ticket holders are able to purchase tickets for the FA Cup sponsored by E.ON third round tie with Everton on Saturday 3 January 2009. This will be the case until immediately AFTER the home Coca Cola League game with Dagenham and Redbridge on Saturday 20 December.

At the end of the Dagenham and Redbridge game, supporters with TWO vouchers (one each from the Bury and Dagenham and Redbridge games) will then be able to purchase ONE ticket each. Ticket sales on the Saturday evening will be in the main office which can be accessed after the game either from the McIlroy Suite or the Reception door on Moss Lane.

Ticket sales will continue to supporters who have TWO vouchers on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 December – again this will be from the main office, opening hours will be 9.30-4pm.

On Christmas Eve Wednesday 24 December, the office will be open from 9.30-12.30 for supporters with ONE voucher who will then be able to purchase ONE ticket each on a first come, first served basis. (Please note that either voucher – Bury or Dagenham and Redbridge, will be acceptable at this point). After the Christmas holiday, if there are still tickets available for sale, these tickets will again be made available to supporters with ONE voucher on Saturday 27 December between the times of 10-1pm, again from the main office.

Given the unprecedented demand for tickets for this game, it is possible that supporters with NO vouchers will NOT get a chance to purchase tickets. However, if we still have ANY tickets available on Sunday 28 December, they will then go on open sale after the home Cola Cola League game with Chester City on that day.

I certainly hope we take the FA Cup more seriously this year. Last year our poor attitude was punished by a very resilient Oldham side. Good luck.
