Colin Daniels is starting to show the sort of form we know he is capable of and found himself in this week`s Press Association Team of the Week after a starring role against Wycombe Wanderers last Saturday.
It is great to see a talented lad doing what he does best. On his day our left winger is simply unplayable as Saturday`s dethroning of the Chairboys proved. His constant roving and tenacity to win the ball back to hammer a thirty yard haymaker home was a pleasure to behold for the travelling Silkmen.
If Colin can build on last week’s performance he could go on to make this a season to remember for everyone. But hands of Vultures he’s Contracted to us until June 2012 after Simmo signrd him to a 2 year deal in the summer.
Colin is a confidence player so a big cheer on Saturday will give him the Red Bull wings he needs to help us to a second successive win on the trot against big name opposition.
