BBC Big question…

The Silkmen were undone at Luton by a penalty which was only seen by the linesman and, it appears, two BBC reporters.

First, the live text updates claim a handball from Shaun Brisley before the match report claims a foul by Hadfield on Craddock.

With no appeal by players or fans at Luton it’s a good performance from the Beeb to spot two fouls, presumably one more than the linesman managed to somehow spot.

The replays will certainly prove interesting’ But it feels like Rochdale all over again.

I watched the championship, it seems just like us on tuesday the referee and assistant have given Luton three points!
    Shocking by the officials!

A bizarre decision to give the penalty and although Luton were the better side, the game shouldn’t be decided by a “nothing” pen. My genuine sympathise Macc fans……………………………. As for Lincolnmariner we were the better side and from the view I had, it looked over. Please don’t pretend the reason you lost was one decision. Time wasting in the first half and you got all you deserved.

Maybe we should do away with officials and just use BBC staff.
